2. Vehicle Fitment & Compatibility Honesty
Sonu Car Accessories enforces an industry-leading Three-Tier Fitment Honesty Standard:
- Verified Compatible: Tested and verified on physical vehicle dashboards using vehicle-specific dash frames and OEM coupler harnesses.
- Needs Confirmation: Requires verification of specific trim levels, amplifier setups, or steering wheel control protocols.
- Not Verified: No manufacturer test data exists; custom brackets or harness modifications may be required.
Customers are advised to consult our free AI Advisor or WhatsApp technical desk prior to ordering if their vehicle trim is modified or imported.
3. Pricing, GST & Taxes
All consumer retail prices displayed on this platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at statutory rates (typically 18% for car electronics and audio). B2B buyers must submit a valid GSTIN at checkout to receive formal tax credit tax invoices.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders up to ₹10,000. All COD orders are subject to mandatory telephone/SMS confirmation prior to warehouse dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD bookings to prevent courier transit losses.
